During the work week I'll only make time for a quick peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. It's fast and fills me up but to be honest I'm starting to get a little sick of it. My sister suggested grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to me and it's a game changer. The peanut butter and jelly melts together in an ooey gooey way and tastes delicious on buttery grilled bread. I'll admit, it's not a complicated recipe, but it's enough to reinvent my breakfasts for a while. What's your go-to breakfast??

yum! i used to also eat a pb&j for more than a year! then i took a break w/oatmeal and cereal but now i'm back!
